Many people are wounded. The missiles were flying into a densely populated area of the city and landed between residential buildings and opposite a hospital with a maternity ward. Before that, the missiles flew freely over the entire region, they were seen in Kulykivka, Horodnya, Kozelеts, Nizun and Ripki. I need to write something about the horror of what happened, about the grief of the families and the cruelty of the Russian executioners. But, to be honest, there are no such thoughts in my head, I think about what happened all day long and I realise that I no longer feel horrified, it is our ordinary life, the same as in Kharkiv, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia and Dnipro and other cities. The only thought in my head now is that if a shell hits me, I need to be in good underwear. Not the comfortable ones that have been washed many times, but something new, because there are nice guys working in our city morgue and it would be uncomfortable to lie on the table in front of them in a bra with a stretched arm. With the number of missiles that the Russians are firing at our country and the absence of missiles in the air defence, it can matter soon.

I was in the dentist’s office when the shelling started. All that was left was to polish the filling. The situation was confusing, with shells flying on one side and the doctor on the other, as he needing to finish the job. When we finally started polishing, I vividly imagined how the drill would pierce my throat in case of a strong explosive wave somewhere nearby. So the situation in Ukraine is such that you can die in the dentist’s chair, or you can die at home in your own apartment while on sick leave, like my colleague. The russians are complete bastards.

I totally hear you, and my sympathies go out to you.

What Russia has done to your city is utterly and completely disgusting.

I may not be able to spare heaps of money to charity, but know this: I have your city’s back. I have your country’s back. I mean those words.

So much needless pain and grief.

I have been waiting and hoping since I first saw the news, but every update has been worse than the one before.

If you are collecting to support the survivors, rescuers, anyone who needs help, please let us donate. I’m so sorry that calling our politicians and donating is the only way I can help.

My heart breaks seeing this terrible news.
God bless and protect all those there. May he take the lost soles into his care and comfort the living.
