My wife works on a mandate contract in a certain place, she is a foreigner with a temporary residence card, she earned PLN 5,937.50 this year in connection with this contract, she received several transfers for different amounts from her place of work. Now she received a PIT-11 (well over 2 weeks late) in which the employer declared that she had earned about PLN 300. After she went to talk to her boss to give her a correction, he told her to think carefully because then she wouldn’t be able to get raises anymore, that it didn’t matter and if the transfers were problematic for her, he could give her cash. Of course, she didn’t mean it at all – she wants to receive transfers, she wants to pay contributions normally, she wants to have the PIT-37 sent to the US correctly based on the CORRECT PIT-11 so as not to have any problems with the law because she wants to stay here with me permanently. Her boss seems to completely downplay it and ignore it in order to cheat the system. Today she wrote an SMS as in the screenshot and received the replies visible there. We want everything to be settled correctly and we don’t know what to do now. Should I write down everything correctly in “your e-pit” without paying attention to the fact that she received a pit-11 with a very low income? Should I go to the tax office? What can be done? She is afraid that even if she finally receives the correction, she will be fired immediately or subjected to disciplinary action. It’s a part-time job, but she likes it and wants to work there, other girls (Polish women) have normal amounts on their PIT-11, some of them work completely illegally and take cash under the table, and in the case of my pink girl, on the one hand, she has a mandate contract and receives regular transfers , and on the other hand, his PIT-11 form has been completely lied to. Even if you were to report these three hundred something zlotys, one day the question might be asked “where did you get transfers for the amount of about PLN 1,500 a month?” and then what? We ask for help.

Zgłosić do urzędu skarbowego i może do inspekcji pracy. Macie dowody na łamanie prawa przez Janusza, jazda z nim.
Tak, ewidentnie jej szef wali w chuja państwo Polskie.
Jakby, jestem w stanie jeszcze zrozumieć panią z Ukrainy, która pracuje/sprząta na własny rachunek i się nie rozlicza, tylko bierze do ręki hajs za pracę. Wiadomo, korepetytorzy czy kelnerzy z napiwków, też często się nie rozliczają i choć to ta sama kategoria to jednak janusz biznesu który tnie w chuja a zatrudnia ludzi, a ktoś kto sam wykonuje pracę to dla mnie co innego.
I choćby dlatego szanuję też że ona chce być czysta wobec US. Wszystkie wymienione opcje są akceptowalne i wszystkie prawdopodobnie spowodują kontrolę wobec pracodawcy. Księgowa też kurde niezła jak przyklepuje wały :/
Pit z umowy zlecenie obowiązek ma pobierać zleceniodawca. Twoja żona nie ma obowiązku znać przepisów. Nie wpisywał bym innych kwota na PITcie do US niż na tym co dostaliście jeżeli nie chcecie skierować sprawy do PIPu, US pewnie to wyłapię i będziecie się musieli tłumaczyć. Janusz pewnie nie poinformował księgowości o tym że wypłacił żonie wynagrodzenie.

To jedyna możliwa reakcja na Januszowe lecenie w chuja.
