*First of all, I apologize for the posts these days, my brain is working at 200. I hope you find my analyzes interesting. By the way, part of my job in big tech is IT forensics, which concerns the detection of foreign cybernetic influences on networks, so things like this catch my eye, and I notice what others might miss.* About a year ago, Nepalese people fought in Zagreb, it was in the news: [https://www.24sata.hr/news/video-nepalci-se-potukli-u-centru-zagreba-svemu-je-povod-bio-pokusaj-silovanja-djevojke-903240](https://www.24sata.hr/news/video-nepalci-se-potukli-u-centru-zagreba-svemu-je-povod-bio-pokusaj-silovanja-djevojke-903240) It would all be uneventful except maybe to extreme right-wingers, but I remembered this while at work out of curiosity I was looking at the Croatian ads for employment that are shown to users in Nepal. All but one were in Nepali. Then I looked at the same ads for the Philippines, and a lot of them were in English. And that was extremely strange to me right away. Why would someone place ads only in Nepali, and the condition is that you know English. Isn’t it better then to put an ad in English? That bothered me, so I went digging for it, and came across some obscure site that probably leaks information from the HDZ underground – [https://www.imperijal.net/1/13/radar/4888/osudeni-nepalci-koji-su-se-potukli-u-draskovicevoj-hr-drzavljanstvo-dobili-su-ekspresno-zaraduju-iznadprosjecno-zive-u-centru-zagreba-sukobili-se-zbog-tiktokerice.html](https://www.imperijal.net/1/13/radar/4888/osudeni-nepalci-koji-su-se-potukli-u-draskovicevaj-hr-drzavljanstvo-dobili-su-ekspresno-zaraduju-iznadprosjecno-zive -in-centru-zagreba-sukobili-se-zbog-tiktokerice.html) Ignore the article, and focus on the verdict. I tried my best, so I found the judgment on the court’s website, you can see it here, and I will copy the important parts – [kliknite ovdje](https://coral-kassi-14.tiiny.site/) II. defendant Janka Khadka, son of Ram Kumar, born Šitum, born on 12 February 1992 in Nepal, **citizen of the Republic of Croatia**, V. defendant Akbar Singh Dhami, OIB:11538756880 son of Man Singh, born on 15 May 1979. in Nepal, **citizen of the Republic of Croatia** VI. defendant Raju Bithari, son of Sher Bahadur, OIB:33129213796, born on 10 July 1993. in Nepal, **citizen of the Republic of Croatia** III. of the defendant Jagat Singh Thagunn, son of Dhaul Singh, born on November 27, 1997 in Nepal, **citizen of the Republic of Croatia** IV. of the defendant Sabin Shrestha, Sinnar Bahadur, born on 11 May 1995 in Nepal, **citizen of the Republic of Croatia** **VII. of defendant Bhatt Om Prakash, son of Sudar Dev, b. 01.07.1990. in Nepal,** **citizen of the Republic of Croatia, with completed elementary school, unemployed, just came to Croatia** **and looking for a job, (!!!!!!!!)** So, of them 7 who were detained court, 6 have Croatian citizenship. Ok, now this is getting VERY VERY weird. How to get Croatian citizenship? From the website of the MUP it is written: *A foreigner who has applied for Croatian citizenship can acquire Croatian citizenship by naturalization if he meets the following conditions:* * *that he has reached the age of 18* * *has been released from his foreign citizenship or has submitted proof that he will be released if he is admitted to Croatian citizenship* * ***lives in the Republic of Croatia with a registered residence for 8 years continuously until the application is submitted and has the approved status of a foreigner with permanent residence*** * ***knows the Croatian language and Latin script, Croatian culture and social arrangement*** * *that he respects the legal order of the Republic of Croatia, that he has paid the due public duties and that there are no security obstacles for his admission to Croatian citizenship* Ok, we see immediately that Bhatt Om Prakash has Croatian citizenship even though he HAS JUST COME TO CROATIA! As this is a verdict from 2023, it means that these people must have been here for a minimum of 8 years before they fought. So they had to come here in 2015 and work continuously in Croatia the whole time. I don’t know, that looked suspicious to me again, six of them in the same place and they all have citizenship, with the fact that this one just came to the Republic of Croatia (WTF?) I looked for them on social networks, it is obvious that Akhbar Dhami has pictures from Nepal 2020, and then 2021. photos from Croatia. Raju Bithari also has photos from Croatia only from 2022, i.e. Zagreb tags from 2022, which is evident from their FBs. Others have completely locked profiles (obviously I’m not the first to snoop). I found on TikTok that this Sabin Shrestha was working in Dubai in 2015. Now again some statistics. There are nearly 30 million people in Nepal, of which only 2.39% speak English as a second language. We read in the media that there are a lot of Nepalese in the Republic of Croatia who do not speak English. I will assume that Nepalese who immigrate to Croatia speak English in 80% of cases (a very, very liberal number). There are currently 12,000 Nepalese in Croatia. This means that the probability that I draw 6 Nepalis at random together and that they know English is about 26%. Why is it important that they know English? There is no way for them to learn Croatian so that they can pass the Croatian language test if they do not know English because there is no Croatian-Nepali grammar. Even if they know English, they have hardly learned Croatian. But that is irrelevant, because it is clear that these people have not been in the Republic of Croatia for 8+ years. What is the conclusion then? If you could speculate, I believe these citizenships were purchased. Maybe they were bought by Nepalese (some who worked in the Middle East before, so they have money saved), maybe by agencies (so the Nepalese send people back to the Republic of Croatia). It is extremely unlikely that 7 Nepalis were arrested, and 6 of them have the citizenship of the Republic of Croatia. Actually, I have nothing against the Nepalese. I’m not a xenophobe. But I am against the fact that citizenship is bought, obviously here directly from the MUP, because someone had to enter them in the citizens’ book. It scares me to imagine what else is going on in the MUP if citizenship is being sold like this, as if it were a sandwich. This could be true, I hope not, convince me. :/

  4. Nemam odgovor, ali zato imam dobru ideju.

Još koja godinica i osnivam HFNP, stranku Hrvatsko-filipinsko-nepalsko prijateljstva. Ma laganini 10 do 15 mandata u Saboru bez kapi znoja.

    Kakav Pupovac, kakvi manjinci…
